Role Overview

We are hiring an Online & Lead Generation Executive who will be responsible for driving traffic, generating quality leads, and supporting business growth through various online channels. This is a great opportunity for a motivated, self-driven individual looking to grow with a fast-moving tech company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate leads through online platforms such as LinkedIn, Upwork, Fiverr, and similar channels
  • Identify potential clients and initiate meaningful outreach conversations
  • Manage and optimise profiles on freelancing and business platforms
  • Run basic campaigns to support lead generation and brand visibility
  • Maintain and regularly update lead databases with accurate records
  • Coordinate with the sales team to support client conversion
Requirements
  • 1–2 years of experience in lead generation, online bidding, or business development
  • Good understanding of LinkedIn and freelancing platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, etc.)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing — a plus but not mandatory
  • Self-motivated, result-driven, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
